Opportunity intelligence

Demand, before it becomes visible.

Avenalia turns verifiable business events into commercial opportunities: who may need what you sell, why and when to act.

No unverified metrics, customers, testimonials or outcomes.

  • Traceable data
  • Explained inferences
  • Human control
  • Privacy by design

How it works

From verifiable fact to next step

A clear sequence that separates what was observed, what was inferred and the commercial decision.
  1. We detect events

We monitor official sources and authorised business documents while retaining provenance and version.

  2. We infer needs

We connect the event to potential purchases and work packages, showing evidence and uncertainty.

  3. We prioritise action

We assess fit, territory, capacity, timing and route before suggesting the next step.

One company, several routes

Each opportunity calls for a different action

Avenalia does not force an offer or email: it adapts the action to the source, requirements and your company's role.

Bid for public contracts

Find the tender, lots, location, deadline, criteria and required documents before deciding whether to take part.

Apply for a grant

Check eligibility, eligible costs, dates, obligations and documents against the call and its annexes.

Sell to the awardee or beneficiary

Research who receives the contract or grant and the resulting purchase they may need, without presenting it as confirmed interest.

Respond to a private opportunity

Work on authorised requests for quotation or collaboration with requirements, evidence, recipient and access control.

Evidence before assertion

Check why the opportunity exists

A useful recommendation must lead back to the document, field and moment that originated it.

Source and version

Origin, retrieval date, official identifier and change history.

Fact and inference separated

What was published is not mixed with the estimated need or your company's fit.

Location and timing

Exact territory where the source permits, deadlines and validity before prioritisation.

Reviewable decision

Visible reasons, uncertainties and exclusions to confirm, correct or discard.

Differentiation

Beyond an alert or lead database

The goal is not more volume, but less work to understand whether an opportunity deserves attention.

Security and control

Automate without losing judgement

Sensitive capabilities rely on permissions, traceability and human approval, not autopilot claims.

Minimum access

Each organisation works within its scope and private documents are not reused across customers.

Authorised actions

Generating is not signing, submitting or sending. External actions retain server-side controls and a valid mandate.

Necessary data

Information collection is minimised while retaining the context needed to explain and audit.

Plans and pricing

A scope suited to how you work

Before purchase, the catalogue will state price, tax, limits, users and included capabilities unambiguously.

Professional

For an individual or microbusiness that needs to prioritise opportunities and decide where to act.

Team

For an SME that assigns opportunities, tasks and follow-up across several people.

Organisation

For higher volume, several service lines, integrations or additional control requirements.

We do not publish amounts until they come from the current purchasing catalogue. Every commercial proposal must state limits and taxes before acceptance.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials, without fine print

What Avenalia discovers, how it uses AI and which decisions remain human.
Does Avenalia only find tenders?

No. The model covers public procurement, grants, derived sales to awardees or beneficiaries and authorised private opportunities. Each coverage is activated only when its source and quality are validated.

Is a detected company already interested?

No. Fit is an explained hypothesis, not a signal of interest. The platform must preserve this distinction in the interface, CRM and any message.

Can it prepare documents?

When the opportunity requires it, the journey may help extract requirements and prepare drafts. Signing, submitting or sending requires review, authorisation and the applicable controls.

How is relevance decided?

Using evidence from the event and the company profile: offering, territory, capacity, exclusions and timing. Reasons and uncertainties must remain visible.

Does it invent data to fill gaps?

No. If a critical item is missing it is shown as absent or sent for review. An explicit error is preferable to a convincing but false answer.
