Data and purposes
We process your verified email, profile, organisation, preferences, uploaded documents and the activity needed to provide the service. Stripe collects and processes payment details; Avenalia does not store your full card number. Contact forms are used to handle your selected request.
Legal basis and retention
Account management, service delivery and billing rely on the contractual relationship and applicable legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention serve the legitimate interest of protecting the service. Newsletters require separate, withdrawable consent. Data is retained while needed for its purpose and the contractual relationship, then deleted or restricted subject to applicable retention obligations and legal claims.
Providers and transfers
Infrastructure uses Hetzner, AWS for identity, web distribution and email where enabled, and Stripe for payments. Web distribution and some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable terms and transfer safeguards. Advertising and optional analytics are not enabled without the relevant choice.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting privacy@getspm.com. We may request the minimum information necessary to verify your identity. You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (aepd.es).
