Account and professional use
Provide accurate details, hold authority to represent your organisation and protect your credentials. Only submit documents and data you are authorised to process. The service does not authorise unlawful access, unsolicited sending or actions on behalf of third parties.
Plans, taxes and renewal
Starter: €99/month or €990/year. Professional: €249/month or €2,490/year, per organisation, including applicable taxes. Annual plans are charged in full at the beginning of each cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Business is available by proposal. The total, taxes and interval are shown before payment confirmation.
Cancellation and invoices
You can manage your payment method, view invoices and cancel renewal in the billing portal. Cancellation retains access until the paid period ends. Contact support@getspm.com for problems, changes or refund requests. Applicable statutory rights and obligations remain in effect.
Evidence and service limitations
An opportunity or inference does not guarantee eligibility, purchase, funding, award or commercial outcome. Check sources, dates, requirements and validity before acting. Generating information or a draft does not authorise Avenalia to sign, submit or send an offer. Your submitted data remains yours and is processed under the privacy policy.
